SLBC Sinhala Commercial Service - Velanda Sevaya broadcast on FM 94.3, 94.5 MHz Channels. The Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation (SLBC) has, throughout its history, committed to the task of maintaining the public broadcasting service in Sri Lanka by providing the public with information and entertainment and by promoting social development the country, and maintained this commitment as a guiding principle of its programming policy. Despite the introduction of a certain amount of commercial programming into its operations, in order to partially fund its primarily public service broadcasting activities, the respective station genres and programming content are carefully designed to conform to its guidelines and program policy.
